A longitudinally extending rolling shaft is arranged below thecollecting box, a plurality of rows of staggered radiation rods are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling shaft, each row of radiation rods comprises a plurality of radiation rods which are arranged in a straight line at intervals, and a support frame is arranged on the collecting box. The device has the characteristics of high collection efficiency and capability of effectivelyavoiding waste of magnetic metal resources.
