The invention discloses an assembled wall and an installation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of buildings. According to the assembled wall and the installation method thereof, theproblem that the position of wiring bottom boxes preset by wall modules cannot meet the requirements of an actual construction site is solved. The assembled wall comprises a wall main body and wall decorating plates composed of the plurality of wall modules, wherein the wall modules comprise profile frames and wall panels; the wall decorating plates are hung on the outer surfaces of the wall panels; the plurality of wall modules comprise the first wall modules provided with the wiring bottom boxes; at least one wall panel included in each first wall module is provided with an installation opening; each wiring bottom box is provided with a wiring hole and an insertion hole; a fixing inserting sheet is fixedly inserted into each wiring bottom box; the wiring bottom boxes are embedded into the installation openings; the fixing inserting sheets are fixedly connected with the outer surfaces of the wall panels; a wire inlet hole and an installation hole are formed in each wall decorating plate; a box opening of each wiring bottom box is positioned in the installation hole of each wall decorating plate; and wire pipes penetrate through the wire inlet holes to be connected with the wiringholes in hanging gaps. The assembled wall and the installation method thereof are used for constructing a wall body.
