The invention discloses a roof surface roughening device for building construction. The device comprises a cart, an automatic cement mortar coating mechanism, a cement mortar charging barrel and an automatic feeding mechanism, wherein a lifting platform is arranged on a bearing platform of the cart; the automatic cement mortar coating mechanism comprises a rolling brush mechanism including a rolling brush body and a first bracket; two ends of the rolling brush body in an axial direction of the rolling brush body are respectively fixedly connected to a first shaft rod and a second shaft rod, and the first shaft rod and the second shaft rod are rotatably connected to the first bracket; the automatic feeding mechanism comprises a discharging pipe, a storage pipe, a feeding pipe, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve and a spring; the discharging pipe can move up and down and hermetically penetrate through the upper end of the inner wall of the storage pipe; the feeding pipe is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the storage pipe; the bottom end of the discharging pipe is connected to the spring; the bottom end of the spring is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the storage pipe; the first one-way valve is arranged on the lower end of the discharging pipe; and the second one-way valve is arranged on the upper end of the feeding pipe. According to the device, the manual painting of the cement mortar is replaced, and the painting efficiency is improved.
