The invention provides a roof surface construction technology of a building and a roof surface. The process comprises the following steps: determining a connecting mechanism preset on the roof surface of the building; wherein the connecting mechanism protrudes out of the roof surface; a prefabricated steel structure platform is obtained; and the prefabricated steel structure platform and the roof surface are fixedly connected through the connecting mechanism. The technical problem that in a traditional building roof surface construction process, the construction period is long can be at least solved.
