The invention provides a precision adjustment bracket for concrete embedded parts. The bracket is provided with a supporting frame for placing the embedded parts. Four independent adjustable supporting legs are arranged on the lower part of the supporting frame, the supporting legs are composed of connecting plates, connecting pin shafts, adjustable connecting rods and bottom studs. The connectingplates can be welded to the supporting frame. Bosses on the lower surfaces of the connecting plates, the connecting pin shafts and connecting heads of the adjustable connecting rods form a movable joint which can rotate around the geometric center point of the supporting frame. Screws of the adjustable connecting rods can be a section of externally threaded rods, or a section of double-ended screws with positive and negative threads. Nut-shaped hexagonal tables are arranged on the middle parts of the double-ended screws, the lower parts of the double-ended screws are in threaded connected with a section of inner threaded pipes matched with the double-ended screws, and the plate-shaped bottom studs and reinforcing ribs are welded to the bottoms of the screws or the inner threaded pipes.
