Hydraulic system for increasing digging force of bucket rod of excavator
The invention relates to a hydraulic system for increasing digging force of a bucket rod of an excavator. The system comprises a solenoid valve group, a main valve, a bucket rod oil cylinder and a reversing valve, wherein the main valve controls a work station through the solenoid valve group, the reversing valve, the bucket rod and the main valve are connected in series to form a first oil path,a pressurizing oil path is connected in parallel between an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the reversing valve, the pressurizing oil path comprises a sequence valve, a pressurizing valve and a one-wayvalve connected in series, the oil inlet of the one-way valve is connected with a pressurizing cylinder, and the oil outlet of the one-way valve is connected with the reversing valve and a big cylinder of the bucket rod oil cylinder; a control end of the reversing valve is connected with the solenoid valve group, and the reversing valve controls the work station through the solenoid valve group.In the system provided by the invention, one pressurizing system oil path is connected on a working oil path in parallel, the pressurizing system oil path is mainly composed of the sequence valve, thepressurizing oil cylinder, the one-way valve and the reversing valve, when a pressurizing button is started, the reversing valve reverses, an original oil path of the bucket rod oil cylinder is cut off, the sequence valve is opened, and the pressurizing oil cylinder is pushed to work.
本发明涉及一种增大挖掘机斗杆挖掘力的液压系统,包括电磁阀组、主阀、斗杆油缸和换向阀,主阀通过电磁阀组控制工位,换向阀、斗杆油缸和主阀串联连接为第一油路,在换向阀的进油口和出油口之间并联有增压油路,增压油路包括串联的顺序阀、增压缸和单向阀,单向阀的进油口连接增压缸,单向阀的出油口连接换向阀和斗杆油缸的大缸;换向阀的控制端连接电磁阀组,换向阀通过电磁阀组控制工位。本发明在斗杆工作油路上并联一路增压系统油路,主要由顺序阀,增压油缸,单向阀和换向阀组成,增压按钮启动,换向阀换向,斗杆油缸的原油路切断,顺序阀开启,推动增压油缸工作。
