Method for improving robustness of cable dome structure based on quality constraint
The invention discloses a method for improving the robustness of a cable dome structure based on quality constraint, and the method comprises the steps: (1) obtaining a to-be-optimized cable dome structure model, extracting a single profile model, and obtaining shape features; (2) determining a search space of each shape feature according to the value of each shape feature by taking the shape feature as an optimization variable; and (3) searching a single-truss profile model with the optimal robustness by adopting a global optimization algorithm by taking the condition that the single-truss mass of the optimized cable dome structure model does not exceed the single-truss mass of the to-be-optimized cable dome structure model as a constraint condition and taking the optimal overall robustness of the cable dome structure as an optimization target. Aiming at the characteristics of the cable dome structure, under the precondition of quality constraint, the overall robustness of the cable dome structure is calculated by combining shape characteristic acquisition and finite element analysis, and a global optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize the shape characteristics of a cable dome structure model, the dead weight of the cable dome structure and the overall robustness.
本发明公开了一种基于质量约束的索穹顶结构鲁棒性提高方法,包括(1)获取待优化的索穹顶结构模型,并提取其单榀剖面模型,获得形状特征;(2)以形状特征为优化变量,根据各形状特征的值确定各形状特征的搜索空间;(3)以优化后的索穹顶结构模型的单榀质量不超过待优化的索穹顶结构模型的单榀质量为约束条件,以索穹顶结构整体鲁棒性最佳为优化目标,采用全局优化算法搜索鲁棒性最佳的单榀剖面模型。本发明针对索穹顶结构的特征,在质量约束的前提条件下,结合形状特征的采集和有限元分析计算的索穹顶结构的整体鲁棒性,并采用全局优化算法进行索穹顶结构模型的形状特征优化,索穹顶结构自重和整体鲁棒性。
