The invention discloses a lightweight ceramsite concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight ceramsite concrete is composed of cement, sand, ceramsite, a water reducing agent, pyrophyllite powder, tourmaline powder and water, wherein the weight ratio of pyrophyllite powder to tourmaline powder is (2-5):1. The preparation method includes: firstly mixing the solid substances for stockpreparation and mixing the liquid substances for stock preparation, then adding the liquid substances into the mixture in three times averagely, performing stirring while adding is conducted, and further performing stirring for 5-6min after adding is completed, thus obtaining the lightweight ceramsite concrete. The lightweight ceramsite concrete produced in the invention has good mechanical properties, high heat resistance and light overall weight, and is convenient for large-scale processing.
本发明公开了一种轻质陶粒混凝土及其制备方法,轻质陶粒混凝土是由水泥、砂子、陶粒、减水剂、叶腊石粉、电气石粉与水组成,其中叶腊石粉与电气石粉的重量比范围是(2‑5):1。在制备时,先将固体物质混合备料,液体物质混合备料,然后将液体物质平均分三次加入混合料中,边加边搅拌,添加完成后,继续搅拌5‑6min,得到轻质陶粒混凝土。本发明生产的轻质陶粒混凝土具有较好的力学性质,而且具有较高的耐热性能,整体质轻,便于大量加工。
