The invention discloses a composite ceramic substrate. The composite ceramic substrate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-80% of aluminum oxide, 10%-40% of aluminum nitride and 5%-25% of silicon nitride; wherein the total mass percentage of the components is 100%. Compared with an aluminum oxide ceramic substrate in the prior art, the composite ceramic substrate is higherin heat conductivity coefficient, higher in flatness and high in compressive strength, and the composite ceramic substrate is not prone to breakage. The invention further provides a preparation method of the composite ceramic substrate and a camera module comprising the composite ceramic substrate.
本发明公开了一种复合陶瓷基板,所述复合陶瓷基板包括如下质量百分含量的各组分:氧化铝:50%~80%;氮化铝:10%~40%;氮化硅:5%~25%;其中,各组分的总质量百分含量为100%。相较于现有技术中的氧化铝陶瓷基板,本发明的复合陶瓷基板的导热系数更高,平整度更高、抗压强度大,复合陶瓷基板不易断裂。本发明还提供一种上述复合陶瓷基板的制备方法及包括上述复合陶瓷基板的摄像模组。
