Method for preventing blockage of resin/asphalt carbonization pipeline
The invention discloses a method for preventing blockage of a resin/asphalt carbonization pipeline. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) putting a C/C composite material semi-finished product soaked with resin or asphalt into a carbonization furnace; 2) vacuumizing the carbonization furnace, and then introducing nitrogen until the pressure in the furnace is slightly positive; 3) closinga condensation tank drain pipe, opening a condensation tank water inlet pipe, and injecting water into the condensation tank until the liquid level is lower than the exhaust pipe; 4) switching on a heating power supply of the carbonization furnace, charging nitrogen, and opening a rear pipeline valve of the filter tank and an exhaust pipeline valve of the condensation tank; 5) stopping introducing nitrogen after carbonization is finished, closing the exhaust pipeline valve, opening the furnace, cooling to below 100 DEG C, and discharging; and 6) opening the condensation tank drain pipe and discharging impurity water in the condensation tank. According to the invention, the problem that the conventional carbonization pipeline of the existing equipment is blocked is solved, meanwhile, the ventilation capacity is reduced, the raw materials are saved, and the potential safety hazard caused by the rise of the furnace pressure is eliminated.
