A preparation method of an environment-friendly concrete/soil water repellent agent comprises the following steps: S1, 390-410 parts of dimethyl silicone oil with the viscosity of 1,000 CSt and 38-42parts of an emulsifying agent are put into a material cup, abd then a working head is immersed into the obtained liquid completely; S2, the rotating speed of the working head is adjusted to 8000 rpm,and the working head operates for 10 min to make the liquid in a uniform milky white state; S3, 290-310 g of water is added into the emulsified uniform milky-white emulsion, emulsification continues to be conducted for 10 min to increase the liquid height by 1/3, and 55-65 g of a defoaming agent is added for bubble elimination; S4, 540-560 g of water is added at a constant speed in the continuousemulsification process in step S3; and S5, 10-20 parts of a silane coupling agent are added into the emulsified liquid obtained in step S4, and heat preservation is performed for 6-12 hours at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C so as to obtain the environment-friendly concrete/soil water repellent agent.
一种环保混凝土/泥土疏水剂的制备方法包括如下步骤：S1、将1000CSt粘度的二甲基硅油390‑410份和乳化剂38‑42份放入料杯，然后将工作头浸入液体中并且液体浸没整个工作头；S2、工作头转速调节至8000rpm并运行10分钟，液体呈均匀乳白状；S3、向乳化后的均匀乳白状乳化液中加入290‑310克水，继续乳化10分钟，液体高度上升1/3并且加入55‑65克消泡剂，用于气泡消除；S4、在S3步骤的继续乳化过程中匀速加入540‑560克水；S5、向S4步骤完成后的乳化液中加入10‑20份的硅烷偶联剂，在60～80℃温度下保温6～12小时，即，制得环保混凝土/泥土疏水剂。
