Riverway in-situ solidifying construction method
The invention discloses a riverway in-situ solidifying construction method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, riverway water inlets and outlets are blocked; secondly, an excavatoris used for carrying out sludge excavating on an excavating area of a riverway bottom face according to design; thirdly, after the excavating area is excavated, backfill is used for carrying out layered backfill compaction; fourthly, a temporary channel is reserved in the middle of the backfill; fifthly, the riverway water inlets and outlets can be opened according to time quantum, and the temporary channel is used for carrying out small-flow temporary water draining; sixthly, a pile driver is used for driving a plurality of spiral piles into a riverway, and meanwhile, a mortar conveying pipeis used for conveying solidifying mortar into the spiral piles; seventhly, in the riverway direction, moving is carried out by 5+/-1 meters, and the first step to the sixth step are repeated; eighthly, muck piles are stacked on the areas on the two sides of the temporary channel with on-site solidifying work being finished; ninthly, aquatic plants are planted on the sludge which is solidified onthe two sides of the riverway; and tenthly, all riverway water inlets and outlets are opened, and riverway sludge in-situ solidifying construction work is finished. Through the construction method, the sludge in-situ solidifying durability can be effectively improved.
一种河道就地固化施工方法,包括以下步骤:1)对河道进出水口进行封堵;2)利用挖掘机按设计在河道底面的开挖区进行淤泥开挖;3)开挖区挖除后利用回填土进行分层回填压实;4)在回填土中部预留一道临时沟渠;5)分时间段开放河道进出水口,临时沟渠进行小流量临时排水;6)利用打桩机向河道内打入多根螺旋桩,同时利用输浆管向螺旋桩内输入固化浆液;7)沿河道方向移动5±1米后重复步骤1)‑步骤6);8)在已完成就地固化作业的临时沟渠两侧区域中堆砌石堆;9)在河道两侧已完成固化的淤泥上方种植水生植物;10)开放所有河道进出水口,完成河道淤泥就地固化施工作业。采用上述施工方法,可有效提高淤泥就地固化后的耐久性。
