The invention relates to a sliding plate type mold bag concrete filling construction method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) manufacturing a mold bag; (2) filling and putting the moldbag, travelling a construction ship, and parking the construction ship in a construction water area; (3) placing the mold bag on a filling and putting platform of the construction ship; (4) conductingconcrete filling on the mold bag; (5) sealing the filled mold bag; (6) putting the sealed mold bag through the filling and putting platform of the construction ship; (7) enabling the construction ship to travel and stop in a next construction water area; and (8) repeating the steps (3) to (7) for continuous construction. By means of the sliding plate type mold bag concrete filling construction method, multiple defects of an existing filling-after-paving method are overcome, and a paving-after-filling method becomes a reasonable construction process high in feasibility and integrity.
