The invention relates to the field of construction of road inspection wells, in particular to a lifting construction method of an inspection well. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) covering a shaft of the inspection well or a mouth of a chamber of the inspection well with a temporary well lid or a steel plate, and entirely grinding a roadbed; (2) entirely laying a cement stabilized macadam base layer for cement stabilized macadam base layer construction; (3) pouring concrete between an inner mold and the cement stabilized macadam base layer; (4) laying a road lower surface layer or a road middle-lower surface layer; and (5) mounting a well lid base, pouring well periphery concrete between the well lid base and the road lower surface layer or the road middle-lower surface layer, mounting the well lid and laying the road upper surface layer. The lifting construction method of the inspection well is suitable for the lifting of most road engineering inspection wells, reduces potholes, high convexity, and low-lying phenomena on the roads around the inspection well, provides protection for travel safety of citizens, and is suitable for urban road inspection wells, manholes and other construction.
