The invention relates to the technical field of building material production and auxiliary production parts, in particular to a prefabricated part and a method for producing a hollow concrete prefabricated unit through the prefabricated part. Specifically, multiple continuously connected protruding structures are constructed on the outer circumference of a core body, a filling space is formed between any two adjacent protruding structures, and a filling layer is modeled by all the filling spaces on the outer circumferencs of the core body. A sleeving part can be arranged on the core body in asleeving manner, and the inner circumference of the sleeving part can abut against the top point of any protruding structure at the same time. The method mainly includes the prefabricated part die prefabricating step, the die pouring step and the core drawing step. By means of the technical scheme, the hole forming appearance quality of the hollow part can be improved, the size deviation can be reduced, the hollow part can be smoothly drawn out in the production process, and the forming quality qualification rate of the method can reach 92.1%.
