A laminated precast concrete lift shaft connecting device comprises a floor plate, a floor beam, an extruded sheet, a corrugated pipe, a steel reinforcement, a grouting material, an upper section of precast lift shaft, a lower section of precast lift shaft and mortar; the extruded sheet is placed between the upper section of precast lift shaft and the floor beam in the upper layer; the corrugatedpipe is placed at the top of the upper section of precast lift shaft and the bottom of the floor beam in the upper layer; the steel reinforcement is placed in the corrugated pipe; the grouting material is placed in the corrugated pipe; the mortar is placed between the upper section of precast lift shaft and the lower section of precast lift shaft and between the lower section of precast lift shaftand the floor plate; and the upper section of precast lift shaft and the lower section of precast lift shaft are fixedly connected with each other, and the lower section of precast lift shaft and thefloor beam are fixedly connected with each other. The laminated precast concrete lift shaft connecting device has the advantages that the process is simple, the mounting is convenient and fast, the quality is reliable, only a small quantity of wet operations are on site, construction wastes cannot be generated, each requirement of an assembled building is satisfied and so on.
