The invention relates to an anti-theft lock performing device. The anti-theft lock performing device is characterized by comprising a box body, an input rotary body and an output rotary body, and further comprises an unlocking control mechanism and a rotary body return assembly, wherein the input rotary body is rotatably connected onto the box body; the output rotary body is positioned in the boxbody; the axial output end of the output rotary body is connected to a lock body for controlling the lock body to lock and unlock; a locking blocking slot is formed in an inner rotary sleeve-connection assembly; an outer rotary sleeve-connection assembly is provided with a lock pin mounting hole; the unlocking control mechanism comprises a movable lock pin, an unlocking performing mechanism and amovable block pin return part; and the unlocking performing mechanism comprises an arc-shaped pushing block, a pushing block guide rod, and a pushing block drive control device. The anti-theft lock performing device is reasonable and delicate in structural design, can effectively avoid operational errors and can ensure stability of structure operation, and does not need to assemble with a mechanical lock element for standby emergency unlocking, so that safety level of the anti-theft lock is greatly improved.
