Anti-freezing and anti-shrinkage composite material concrete
The invention discloses anti-freezing and anti-shrinkage composite material concrete. The concrete is prepared by mixing a cementing material, aggregate and water according to a certain ratio, stirring, forming and curing; the cementing material is prepared from, by weight, 550 to 1100 parts of fly ash, 320 to 380 parts of silicon powder, 220 to 280 parts of slag, 150 to 200 parts of starch, 58 to76 parts of acrylic acid, 68 to 89 parts of acrylamide, 105 to 125 parts of maleic acid and 250 to 300 parts of cement, wherein starch, acrylic acid, acrylamide and maleic acid are subjected to dry graft copolymerization. According to the anti-freezing and anti-shrinkage composite material concrete, the active powder admixture can replace part of cement, so the use amount of the cement is reduced; and a large amount of active ingredients can reduce the absorption of water fundamentally, so that the water content of the concrete material is reduced, and the anti-freezing performance is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种抗冻防收缩复合材料混凝土,由胶凝材料、集料以及水按一定比例配合,经搅拌、成型、养护而得;胶凝材料由下述重量组份的原料配制而成:粉煤灰550份~1100份;硅粉320份~380份;矿渣220份~280份;淀粉150份~200份;丙烯酸58份~76份;丙烯酰胺68份~89份;顺丁烯二酸105份~125份;水泥250份~300份;其中,淀粉、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺以及顺丁烯二酸干接枝共聚。该抗冻防收缩复合材料混凝土,活性粉末掺料可以取代部分水泥的使用,减少水泥的使用量,其中大量的活性成分在根源上可以降低对水分的吸收,从而降低混凝土材料的含水量,增强抗冻性能。
