The invention provides a combined cast-in-place box girder support system and a construction method. An upper hoop and a lower hoop are mounted on each middle pier of a bridge; a supporting rod is arranged between brackets of the upper hoop and the lower hoop; a steel pipe stand column is arranged close to each side pier of the bridge; the bottoms of the steel pipe stand columns are supported on aground concrete foundation; bearing cross beams are erected on the hoops and the tops of the steel pipe stand columns in a water flow direction; and bailey longitudinal beams are erected at the topsof the two bearing cross beams of each span in a bridge axis direction, distribution beams are erected on the bailey longitudinal beams in the water flow direction, full framing is installed on the distribution beams, and a cast-in-place box beam formwork system is installed at the top of the full framing. The method is suitable for geological conditions such as complex mountainous terrain conditions, high foundation treatment difficulty and high pier studs, and is simple in structure, low in material investment and high in safety.
本发明提供一种组合式现浇箱梁支架系统及施工方法,在桥梁的每个中桥墩上安装有上抱箍和下抱箍,上抱箍和下抱箍的牛腿间设有支撑杆,靠近桥梁每个边墩分别设一钢管立柱,钢管立柱的底部支撑在地面混凝土基础上,横桥向上抱箍及钢管立柱顶部分别搭设承重横梁,顺桥向在每跨的两承重横梁顶部搭设贝雷纵梁,在贝雷纵梁上横桥向搭设分配梁,分配梁上安装满堂支架,满堂支架顶部安装现浇箱梁模板系统。本发明适用于山区地形条件复杂、地基处理难度大、墩柱较高等地质条件,结构简单,材料投入少,安全性高。
