The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge pier pile construction. A super-long pile casing construction system for an underwater pier and pile integrated process comprises a constructionplatform, a guide frame, an adjusting device, hoisting equipment and a floating ball. The guide frame is arranged on the construction platform and corresponds to a pier and pile to be constructed, andthe guide frame is used for positioning and guiding a pile casing; the adjusting device is arranged on the guide frame and is used for correcting, locking and fixing the pile casing; the hoisting equipment is used for hoisting the pile casing and lowering the pile casing; a pull rope is tied to the floating ball, and the lower end of the pull rope is fixed to the center of the bottom of the pilecasing; and when the bottom of the pile casing is landed, the floating ball is located on a water surface in the pile casing and does not float out of the water surface. The invention further discloses a super-long pile casing construction method of the underwater pier and pile integrated process. The system is reasonable in structural design and convenient to construct, perpendicularity of the super-long pile casing can be effectively measured and corrected, and the perpendicularity of the pile casing is guaranteed, and the construction quality of a bridge pier pile is guaranteed.
