The invention discloses an underground cylinder reinforced concrete combined outer wall structure. The underground cylinder reinforced concrete combined outer wall structure comprises a steel structure inner wall cylinder, a T-shaped main rib, an angle steel vertical rib, an annular steel plate, stud shear connectors and fiber concrete, wherein an underground cylinder structure belongs to an underground hydraulic structure, is constructed through adopting an open cut order method, and inflow waste water inside a shaft is in a pressure working state after the underground cylinder structure is built, a stainless steel and carbon structural steel composite steel plate is adopted for the wall of a steel structure cylinder, and the stud shear connectors are welded to the outer side of a steel structure cylinder main body, a T-shaped main rib web and the two sides of a flange plate. The construction method is suitable for structural construction of the open cut order method, the large-diameter and high-height structure is installed after being machined in a layered and blocked mode, the outer side concrete is poured after a steel structure is installed, at the moment, the inner wall cylinder plays a role of an inner formwork, and the inner wall cylinder and the outer wall concrete are integrated to serve as a permanent structure in the later period; and the construction method is adopted, the construction difficulty of the underground cylinder structure is reduced, and the construction period of the structure is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种地下圆筒钢筋混凝土组合外墙结构,包括钢结构内壁筒、T型主肋、角钢竖肋、环向钢板、栓钉抗剪连接件和纤维混凝土,地下圆筒结构属于地下水工结构物,采用明挖顺作法施工,建成后井筒内部入流污水为带压工作状态,钢结构圆筒壁采用不锈钢与碳素结构钢复合钢板,钢结构圆筒主体外侧、T型主肋腹板和翼缘板两侧焊栓钉抗剪连接件。本发明适用于顺作法结构施工,对于直径大、高度高的结构采用分层分块加工后再进行安装,钢结构安装完成后浇筑外侧混凝土,此时内壁筒起内模板作用,后期与外墙混凝土一体作为永久结构,采用本发明的施工方法降低了地下圆筒结构的施工难度,大大缩短了结构的施工工期。
