Composite liner structure for refuse landfill and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a composite liner structure for a refuse landfill and a construction method thereof. The composite liner structure for the refuse landfill is composed of an anti-seepage linerstructure body and a drainage guide system. The anti-seepage liner structure body comprises a pyramid-frustum-shaped landfill reservoir area, a lower compacted clay layer, a first bamboo reinforcementgrating, bamboo reinforcement hook nails, an upper compacted clay layer, a geomembrane, a geotechnical cloth, a trinity mixture fill liner layer with added glass particles, a second bamboo reinforcement grating and a jet UHPC liner layer from outside to inside. The drainage guide system comprises a UHPC catch drain, a UHPC leaking well lid, a round hole, a leachate drainage guide layer, a drain pipe and a leachate collecting device. The composite liner structure has the following beneficial effects that the composite liner structure realizes strict seepage prevention by means of multi-layer protection and can resist leachate corrosion by means of the jet UHPC liner layer; by using the bamboo reinforcement gratings as reinforced materials, the bearing capacity of the composite liner structure is improved, and the influences of uneven sedimentation of the refuse landfill on anti-seepage performance of the liner structure are reduced; and the composite liner structure further has the advantages of being low in construction cost, environmentally friendly and long in service life.
本发明公开了一种垃圾填埋场用复合衬垫结构及其施工方法。垃圾填埋场用复合衬垫结构由防渗衬垫结构和导排系统组成,防渗衬垫结构由外而内包括棱台形填埋库区、下压实粘土层、第一竹筋格栅、竹筋钩钉、上压实粘土层、土工膜、土工布、添加玻璃颗粒的三合土衬垫层、第二竹筋格栅及喷射UHPC衬垫层;导排系统包括UHPC集水沟、UHPC漏水井盖、圆形洞口、渗滤液导排层、排水管及渗滤液收集装置。本发明具有如下有益效果:本复合衬垫结构采用多层防护严格防渗,喷射UHPC衬垫层可抵抗渗滤液腐蚀;还采用竹筋格栅作加筋材料,提高了复合衬垫结构的承载能力,降低了垃圾填埋场的不均匀沉降对衬垫结构防渗性能的影响;还具有造价低、绿色环保和使用寿命长的优点。
