The invention relates to a municipal trencher. The problems that a trench excavated by a trencher is poor in flatness, much in surface dust and high in dust raising and noise are effectively solved. According to the municipal trencher, the flatness of the side wall and the bottom of the excavated trench is good, the surface dust in the trench is extremely little, leveling and soil cleaning are not needed, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, dust raising is not prone to being caused, the noise is low, and the municipal trencher better conforms to the green construction concept.
