The body and the valve body are connected through breakable bolts. The part, located at the joint of the body and the valve body, of each breakable bolt is provided with a necking section with the diameter less than that of the breakable bolt.A connecting rod is rotatably mounted in the body. A connecting rod is rotatably mounted in the body. A valve rod is rotatably mounted in the valve body. The lower end of the connecting rod is connected with the valve rod through a coupling. The lower end of the valve rod is provided with a valve clack used for controlling water outlet.
