The invention provides an anti-collision type post fire hydrant. The anti-collision type post fire hydrant is mainly composed of a hydrant body, a valve body and a valve cover, the valve body and the hydrant body are connected through an anti-collision bolt arranged on the outer side wall, and an inverted lifting type reverse sealing structure assembly is installed in a valve body cavity; the inverted lifting type reverse sealing structure assembly comprises a valve clack transmission shaft, a full-rubber-coated valve clack, a valve seat, a spring fixing sleeve and a stainless steel spring; a spring fixing sleeve is installed at the upper end of the valve clack transmission shaft, the lower end of the valve clack transmission shaft is connected with a valve clack supporting frame through a copper sleeve, the valve seat is arranged on the valve clack supporting frame, and the full-rubber-coated valve clack is installed in the valve seat; and the stainless steel spring is installed on the valve clack transmission shaft. When the hydrant body is impacted by external force, the anti-collision bolt for connecting the hydrant body and the valve body or the hydrant body can absorb impact energy and is quickly broken firstly, so that the effect of protecting the hydrant body and the valve body from being damaged is achieved; at the moment, the valve clack is closed with the valve seat under the action of water pressure in a pipe network and stainless steel elastic yellow, leakage of a water source in the pipe network is avoided, waste of the water source is reduced, facilities around the hydrant body are effectively protected, normal domestic water of nearby residents is guaranteed, and urban traffic disorder is avoided; and after collision, the maintenance is very convenient, only the anti-collision bolt needs to be replaced, and the maintenance time is short.
防撞型地上消火栓主要是由栓体、阀体及阀盖组成,阀体与栓体通过外侧壁上设置的防撞螺栓相连接而成,阀体腔内安装倒提式反向密封结构组件;倒提式反向密封结构组件包括阀瓣传动轴、全包胶阀瓣、阀座、弹簧固定套及不锈钢弹簧;阀瓣传动轴的上端安装有弹簧固定套,阀瓣传动轴的下端通过铜套与阀瓣支撑架连接起来,阀瓣支撑架上设置有阀座,阀座内安装有全包胶阀瓣;阀瓣传动轴上安装有不锈钢弹簧;当栓体受到外力撞击时,栓体与阀体相连接的防撞螺栓或栓体会吸收撞击能量而迅速率先断裂,起到保护栓体和阀体免受毁坏的作用;而此时的阀瓣在管网内水压力和不锈钢弹黄的作用下与阀座闭合,避免了管网内水源外泄,减少水源的浪费并有效保护栓体周边设施,保障附近居民正常的生活用水,避免造成城市交通混乱;而被撞后维修十分方便,仅需更换防撞螺栓即可,维修时间短。
