Novel wear-resistant, sound-insulation and thermal-insulation foam board
The invention provides a novel wear-resistant, sound-insulation and thermal-insulation foam board. The board comprises a foam polyurethane board, and at least two pressure sensitive adhesive columns,wherein the foam polyurethane board is cube-shaped, the board further comprises an annular thermal-insulation board made from a graphene material, and a silencing device, wherein the annular thermal-insulation board comprises an annular board base body and a containing cavity arranged on the annular board base body, both the foam polyurethane board and the pressure sensitive adhesive columns are arranged in the containing cavity, the position between the inner side wall of the containing cavity and the outer side wall of the foam polyurethane board are provided with a filling cavity, the silencing device is arranged in the filling cavity, one ends of the pressure sensitive adhesive columns are fixed to the foam polyurethane board, and the other ends of the pressure sensitive adhesive columns are fixed to the full-cavity wall of the containing cavity of the annular thermal-insulation board. Compared with the prior art, due to the adoption of the structure, by arranging the annular thermal-insulation board and the silencing device, the wear-resistant, sound-insulation and thermal-insulation foam board has good sound insulation and thermal insulation functions, and due to the annularthermal-insulation board made from the graphene material, the wear resistance can be enhanced, and the service life can be prolonged.
本发明提供一种新型耐磨隔音隔热发泡板,包括发泡聚氨酯板、至少两个压敏胶柱,发泡聚氨酯板呈正方体状,还包括由石墨烯材质制成的环形隔热板、消音装置,环形隔热板包括环板基体和设置于环板基体的容置腔,发泡聚氨酯板和所述压敏胶柱均内置于容置腔内,容置腔内侧壁和所述发泡聚氨酯板外侧壁之间具有填充腔,消音装置设置于填充腔,压敏胶柱一端固定于所述发泡聚氨酯板,另一端固定于环形隔热板的容置腔的全腔壁。本发明与现有技术相比,由于采用了此种结构,通过设置环形隔热板和消音装置,确保本申请的耐磨隔音隔热发泡板具有较好的隔音、隔热功能,且由于石墨烯材质制成的环形隔热板,能够增强耐磨性,以延长使用寿命。
