The invention discloses a tiling module and a fully-automatic tiling machine thereof. The fully-automatic tiling machine comprises an aligning module, a rack module, a loading module and a tiling module, wherein the aligning module is used for aligning a ceramic tile to be loaded to facilitate follow-up ceramic tile conveying and detecting; the rack module is used for outputting the ceramic tile from the aligning module, photographing and performing image identification on the ceramic tile through an industrial camera, removing the broken ceramic tile through a removal mechanism, and finally conveying the ceramic tile to a position above a loading pushing board of the loading module; a mortar mechanism is further mounted on the rack module for spreading mortar; the loading module is used for pushing the ceramic tile fed from the rack module into a loading frame through the loading pushing board, and gradually stacking the ceramic tile in the loading frame from bottom to top; the tilingmodule is used for sucking the ceramic tile in the loading frame and is mounted on a preset position to accomplish tiling. The tiling module can realize automatic aligning, conveying, loading, sucking and tiling of the ceramic tile, and further can automatically spread mortar, so that the whole tiling process is automatically accomplished.
