The invention discloses a rack module and a full-automatic tiling machine thereof. The full-automatic tiling machine comprises a centering module, the rack module, a feeding module and a tiling module, wherein the centering module is used for centering ceramic tiles needing to be fed, thereby facilitating the subsequent conveying and detection of the ceramic tiles; the rack module is used for outputting the ceramic tiles from the centering module, photographing and recognizing images of the ceramic tiles through an industrial camera, and then removing the damaged ceramic tiles through a removing mechanism, finally, the ceramic tiles are conveyed to the position above a feeding push plate of the feeding module, a mortar mechanism is further mounted on the rack module, and the mortar mechanism is used for paving mortar; the feeding module is used for pushing the ceramic tiles conveyed by the rack module into a feeding frame through the feeding push plate, and the ceramic tiles are gradually stacked in the feeding frame from bottom to top; and the tiling module is used for sucking the ceramic tiles in the feeding frame and then installing the ceramic tiles at a preset position to complete tiling. According to the full-automatic tiling machine, automatic centering, conveying, feeding, sucking and tiling of ceramic tiles can be achieved, mortar can be automatically tiled, and therefore the whole tiling process is automatically completed.
