The accurate positioning and pre-burying device comprises a base, a lifting rod and a wire box fixing frame; thelifting rod comprises an outer pipe and an inner pipe, the inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe and can ascend and descend relative to the outer pipe, a first mounting hole is formed in an end opening of the outer pipe, and a plurality of second mounting holes are evenly distributed in the inner pipe; the first mounting hole is opposite to one of the second mounting holes and is fixedly connected with the second mounting hole through a bolt; an outer pipe of the lifting rod is installed on the base, and the inner pipe is connected with the wire box fixing frame; and the wire box fixing frame comprises a rectangular support with an opening, the opening of the support faces downwards, and fastening bolts are arranged on the two sides of the support. The accurate positioning and pre-burying device is simple in structure, convenient to install and capable of being disassembled, assembled, recycled and reused; and the base can be fixed to a structural beam or a floor slab, and a properbase can be selected according to the field condition, so that the position of the wire box is accurately positioned, and the mounting quality of the wire box is ensured.
