The invention discloses a pole arraying device for power grid construction. The rod arraying device comprises a base; two symmetrical conveying mechanisms are arranged on the upper surface of the base; two driving mechanisms are arranged on the lower surface, corresponding to the positions of the two conveying mechanisms, of the base; and a clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the upper end of each of the conveying mechanisms. When the rod arraying device is used, the driving mechanisms drive the conveying mechanisms to operate, and the conveying mechanisms drive the clamping mechanisms to clamp and fix the connecting ends of two electric poles, so that left-right angle deviation of the two electric poles is avoided; and then, one of the electric poles presses a support mechanism connected with a jacking mechanism, a lifting mechanism adjusts the angle of the other electric pole until a balance rod between two support rings is flush with the lower surfaces of the two electric poles, so that up-down angle deviation of the two electric poles is further avoided, and the curvature during welding is ensured not to exceed the standard simply and conveniently.
本发明公开了一种用于电网建设的排杆装置,包括一个底座,所述底座的上表面设置有两个呈对称设置的输送机构,对应两个所述输送机构位置的底座下表面安装有两个驱动机构,两个所述输送机构的上端均固定连接有一个夹持机构,本发明在使用时,通过驱动机构驱动输送机构运作,输送机构带动夹持机构将两根电杆的连接端进行夹持固定,避免了两根电杆会产生左右角度偏移,之后其中一根电杆将与顶升机构相连接的支撑机构下压,之后可以通过升降机构对另一根电杆的角度进行调整,并直至两个支撑环之间的平衡杆与两根电杆的下表面相齐平,进而避免两根电杆会产生上下的角度偏移,进而简单便捷的确保了焊接时的弯曲度不会超标。
