Application of household garbage incineration fly ash in cement stabilized macadam mixture
The invention relates to application of household garbage incineration fly ash in a cement stabilized macadam mixture, and belongs to the technical field of crossing of environmental engineering and highway engineering. Household garbage incineration fly ash is used as a stabilizing material, household garbage incineration fly ash is firstly mixed with mineral aggregate, then water and cement areadded and stirred to form the cement stabilized incineration fly ash/macadam mixture, and the cement stabilized incineration fly ash/macadam mixture can be used in a highway pavement base layer and asub-base layer. The potential gelling activity of household garbage incineration fly ash is utilized to provide an auxiliary cementing effect for the cement stabilized macadam mixture; meanwhile, heavy metal components contained in the incineration fly ash are stabilized and solidified by utilizing the solidification effect of the cement stabilized macadam mixture; therefore, the cement stabilizedincineration fly ash/macadam mixture with a good performance is prepared under the synergistic cementing action of the fly ash and the macadam, the recycling and harmless disposal of household garbage incineration fly ash are achieved, meanwhile, road building materials are saved for highway engineering, and the engineering cost is reduced.
本发明涉及生活垃圾焚烧飞灰在水泥稳定碎石混合料中的应用，属于环境工程与公路工程交叉技术领域。本发明的应用是将生活垃圾焚烧飞灰作为被稳定材料使用，生活垃圾焚烧飞灰首先与矿料混合，然后添加水、水泥拌制形成水泥稳定焚烧飞灰/碎石混合料，并且该水泥稳定焚烧飞灰/碎石混合料可以在公路路面基层、底基层中使用。本发明利用生活垃圾焚烧飞灰潜在的胶凝活性为水泥稳定碎石混合料提供辅助胶结作用，同时利用水泥稳定碎石混合料的固结作用稳定固化焚烧飞灰中含有的重金属成分，从而在两者的协同胶结作用下制备性能良好的水泥稳定焚烧飞灰/碎石混合料，并达到生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的资源化、无害化处置目标，同时为公路工程节省筑路材料、节约工程造价。
