Six-dimensional stress dissipation layered material for pavement and use method thereof
The invention discloses a six-dimensional stress dissipation layered material for a pavement and a use method thereof. The material is formed by sequentially compounding a reinforced layer and a polymeric fiber layer from top to bottom, wherein the reinforced layer comprises transverse fiber ribs and 45-degree inclined cross fiber ribs, and is made of woven polyester, glass fibers, basalt fibers and other materials; the polymeric fiber layer can be selected from non-woven polyester geotextile, glass fiber polyester cloth or hot melt geotextile. In the aspect of application, the material is laid between surface layers of an asphalt road or between the surface layers and a semi-dry base layer or between a cement pavement and the asphalt pavement, and cracks can be effectively prevented frombeing transmitted upwards, the anti-crack waterproof effect and the energy absorption effect are achieved in actual engineering, and meanwhile the material has the technical advantage of being convenient to construct.
本发明公开了一种用于路面的六维应力消散层状材料及其使用方法。该材料自上而下依次由加筋层、聚合纤维层复合而成;其中加筋层又包括横向纤维筋和斜45度交叉纤维筋,由编织聚酯、玻纤、玄武纤维等材料构成;聚合纤维层可选自非机织涤纶土工布、玻纤聚酯布或热熔土工布。在应用方面,将本发明材料铺设于沥青道路的面层之间或面层与半干性基层之间或水泥路面与沥青路面之间,可有效抑制裂缝向上传递,在实际工程中发挥抗裂防水作用及吸能作用,同时具有施工方便的技术优势。
