The invention discloses a hardness and softness combined riverway closure cofferdam and a construction method thereof and belongs to the technical field of cofferdam engineering. According to the construction method, made vertical guide grooves are mounted on upper portions of pile bodies of steel pipe piles in a welded mode; tips of the steel pipe piles are driven into a construction region to form a row; transverse retainers are mounted, steel plate piles are tightly attached to the transverse retainers, and a rigid enclosing system which mainly consists of the steel pipe piles, the steel plate piles and the transverse retainers is formed; a lintel is welded to the steel pipe piles arranged in a row; a water stop curtain and a water pressing bag are made and sewn; a water-steel-soil ballis made, and the water pressing bag is filled with the water-steel-soil ball; and the water pressing bag and the water stop curtain which are connected together are slowly placed onto a riverbed of ariverway along the steel plate piles, and the upper end of the water stop curtain is firmly embedded into the lintel. According to the cofferdam, the resistance ability of the cofferdam is improved through the steel pipe piles and the steel plate piles which are inserted underwater and driven into a hard soil layer, and the permeation resistance of the steel plate piles on the upper portion of the riverbed is improved through the water stop curtain and the water pressing bag.
本发明公开了刚柔并济型河道截流围堰及其施工方法,属于围堰工程技术领域。本发明施工方法将制作好的竖向导槽焊接安装在钢管桩桩身的上部;将钢管桩的尖端部打入施工区内打入一排;安装横向支挡,紧贴横向支挡打设钢板桩,形成主要以钢管桩、钢板桩与横向支挡组成的刚性围堵体系;在成排打设的钢管桩上焊接过梁;制作止水幕以及压水袋,并将两者进行缝合;制作水钢土球,并将水钢土球填充入到压水袋中;将连接在一起的止水袋和止水幕沿着钢板桩缓慢放入到河道河床上,将止水幕上端牢固嵌入到过梁中。本发明通过插入水底打入坚硬土层的钢管桩、钢板桩提高围堰的抵抗能力,并通过止水幕、压水袋提高河床上部钢板桩的防渗能力。
