Novel tension pile cap
The invention relates to a novel tension pile cap. The novel tension pile cap comprises a cylinder body and a piston, wherein a cavity is formed inside the cylinder body; and the piston comprises a movable plate, a stroke rod and a connecting piece, the movable plate is arranged in the cylinder body and can move in the axial direction of the cylinder body, and the connecting piece is arranged outside the cylinder body and connected with the movable plate through the stroke rod. According to the novel tension pile cap, two stress states of tension and compression of pile bodies are separated sothat the pile bodies can quit working when being compressed, do not participate in structural stress, and can effectively play a role only when being subjected to anti-floating tension; and by meansof the design, the arrangement number of the pile bodies is effectively reduced, so that the construction cost is greatly reduced, and remarkable economic benefits are achieved.
本发明涉及一种新型抗拔桩帽,其包括缸体与活塞,缸体的内部设有腔室,活塞包括活动板、行程杆和连接件,活动板设于缸体内并可沿缸体的轴向运动,连接件设于缸体外并与活动板通过行程杆相连接。本发明提供的新型抗拔桩帽将桩体受拉和受压的两种受力状态区分开来,使得桩体在受压时能够退出工作,不参与结构受力,而仅在抗浮受拉时能够有效发挥作用。该设计有效减少了桩体的设置数量,大幅度降低了工程造价,具有显著的经济效益。
