Down tension type driving pile machine
The present invention relates to a lower traction type driving pile machine which is not only effective for driving a pile with rotational indention power in a non-displacement manner as a pile auger is pulled by a simple structure from the bottom but also forms a sufficient indentation depth of the pile by a simple additional structure. According to the present invention, the lower traction type driving pile machine comprises a leader (22) extending upward at the predetermined height on a main body (21) and a pile auger (23) rotatably mounting a pile (10) in the form of a tube having the predetermined length while being slidably coupled on the leader (22). The lower traction type driving pile machine comprises: an upper traction means (24) connected by a wire (25) to the upper side of the pile auger (23) to support or lift the load of the pile auger (23); and a lower traction means (30) connected by another wire (31) to the lower side of the pile auger (23) to tow a traction at the lower side opposite to the upper traction means (24) and pulling down the pile auger (23) during the piling operation of the pile auger (23).
본 발명은 간단한 구조에 의해 파일오거를 하부에서 당기도록 구비됨에 따라 무배토방식에서 회전 압입력을 파일을 박는 데에 유효할 뿐만 아니라 간단한 부가구성에 의해 파일의 압입깊이를 충분하게 형성할 수 있는 하부견인식 항타기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본체(21) 상에 일정 높이로 상향 연장되는 리더(22)와, 상기 리더(22) 상에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 상태에서 일정 길이의 관형태로 된 파일(10)을 회전 가능하게 장착하도록 된 파일오거(23)가 구비된 항타기에 있어서; 상기 파일오거(23)의 상부측에 와이어(25)에 의해 연결되어 상기 파일오거(23)의 하중을 지지하거나 끌어 올리도록 된 상부견인수단(24)과; 상기 상부견인수단(24)에 대향된 하부측에서 견인력을 발휘하도록 상기 파일오거(23)의 하부측에 다른 와이어(31)에 의해 연결되되, 상기 파일오거(23)의 파일링 작업중에 상기 파일오거(23) 자체를 하부로 견인하도록 된 하부견인수단(30)을 포함하여 이루어진 하부견인식 항타기가 제공된다.
