Hinged support reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a hinged support reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The reinforcing structure comprises a hinged support, a column cap connected between the hinged support and a stand column at the lower portion, a reinforcing plate connected to the top of the hinged support and a bell wall plate component connected to the top of the hinged support and the outer sideof the reinforcing plate; and the reinforcing plate comprises a reinforcing plate body, welding plug holes formed in the reinforcing plate body and reinforcing plate grooves formed in the outer side edges of the reinforcing plate body, and the reinforcing plate body is connected with the top of the hinged support through the welding plug holes in a welded mode. According to the hinged support reinforcing structure and the construction method thereof, through the arrangement of the reinforcing plate, the bearing capacity of an existing hinged support can be favorably improved, and through the arrangement of the welding plug holes and the wall plate grooves, connection between the reinforcing plate and the top of the hinged support can be favorably positioned and fixed; through the arrangement of the bell wall plate component, the integral connection with the existing hinged support is facilitated, and through the arrangement of stiffening rib plates in a bell wall plate, the uniform stress of the reinforcing plate is facilitated; and through the arrangement of an embedded plate, the lower part of the hinged support is favorably fixed during mounting, and the connection integrality is enhanced.
