The invention particularly relates to a steel structure assembling and arching correction method for a steel structure integral-lifting construction method. According to the correction method, structure assembling and arching in hydraulic lifting construction can conform to an original structure stress state and an arching requirement; and meanwhile, the workload after adjustment in place after lifting in place can be greatly reduced, the assembling and surveying control is simple, and the accuracy can be improved.
本发明具体是一种用于钢结构整体提升工法的钢结构拼装起拱修正方法;其特征是:包括步骤1、确定初始起拱值C0;步骤2、确定提升工况下的结构的起拱值B;步骤3、确定结构的起拱值A;步骤4、得出结构的修正值△,并对初始起拱值C0进行修正,得出修正后的起拱值C1;步骤5将拼装起拱的控制值反映在拼装胎架上并对现场拼装对口点的起拱值进行控制。本修正方法能够使液压提升施工中结构的拼装起拱更能符合原结构受力状态及起拱要求;同时能够大大降低提升到位后的调整就位后的工作量,使拼装测量控制跟为简单,并能够提高准确性。
