The invention relates to the technical field of sewage pressure pipeline defect repairing, in particular to a prefabricated steel lantern ring construction method applied to rapid repairing of a pressure pipeline. According to the method, the defects of the sewage pressure pipeline are repaired by adopting a process of combining local excavation and pipeline non-excavation repairing technologies,so that the influence of boring and belly-breaking type excavation on urban traffic, the surrounding environment and the life of residents is effectively avoided, and the characteristics of low comprehensive cost, short construction period, high social benefit and the like are achieved; prefabricated folding type steel rings are adopted, the steel rings are pulled into to-be-repaired defect positions of the pipeline, and the steel rings are jacked up through a jack, so that the original folding type steel rings are rapidly unfolded into circular ring shapes, welding in the pipeline is avoided,construction is rapid, and the repairing efficiency of the defect in the sewage pipe is improved; and butt joint between the steel rings is achieved through clamps so that the structural stability ofthe lining steel lantern ring can be guaranteed, and a rubber water stop ring is arranged, so that the good anti-seepage performance is provided.
本发明涉及污水压力管道缺陷修复技术领域,尤其是涉及一种应用于压力管道快速修复的预制钢套环施工方法。本发明采用局部开挖与管道非开挖修复技术相结合的工艺修复污水压力管道缺陷,有效地避免了“开膛破肚”式开挖对城市交通、周围环境和居民生活的影响,具有综合成本低、施工周期短和社会效益高等特点;本发明采用预制折叠式钢环,将该钢环拉入管道待修复缺陷位置,采用千斤顶将钢环顶起,使得原折叠式钢环迅速展开为圆环形,避免在管道内焊接,施工快捷,提高了污水管内缺陷的修复效率;本发明采用卡箍实现钢环之间的对接,既能保证内衬钢套环的结构稳定性,又设有橡胶止水环,提供良好的防渗性能。
