The invention relates to a multi-stage suspension preheating cement kiln system, which comprises: a rotary kiln provided with a rotary kiln smoke chamber; a decomposing furnace which is communicated with the rotary kiln smoke chamber; a multi-stage suspension preheater used for preheating a cement raw material, wherein the multistage suspension preheater at least comprises a last-stage cyclone, asecond-last-stage cyclone and a heat exchange pipeline between the last-stage cyclone and the second-last-stage cyclone, the flue gas from the decomposing furnace is introduced into the last-stage cyclone, and outlet flue gas of the lower-stage cyclone is introduced into the upper-stage cyclone through the heat exchange pipeline between the upper-stage cyclone and the lower-stage cyclone of the multistage suspension preheater; a cement raw material conveying pipeline, which is communicated with the multi-stage suspension preheater; and a coal feeding device, which is used for supplying pulverized coal to the system, wherein a preheater coal feeding point is arranged on at least one heat exchange pipeline, and the coal feeding device is suitable for supplying pulverized coal to the multi-stage suspension preheater through the preheater coal feeding point. The invention further relates to a control method of the multi-stage suspension preheating cement kiln system.
