The invention discloses a use method of a cement kiln dechlorination system comprising a preheating device. The cement kiln dechlorination system comprising the preheating device is used in the use method. The cement kiln dechlorination system comprising the preheating device comprises the preheating device and a dechlorination system, one end of the preheating device is connected with a kiln system, and the other end of the preheating device is connected to the front end of the dechlorination system; a first high-temperature gate valve is arranged in the preheating device, a second high-temperature gate valve is arranged at the front end of the dechlorination system, and the connecting position of the preheating device and the dechlorination system is located behind the second high-temperature gate valve. The use method comprises the following steps: step 1, opening the first high-temperature gate valve under the condition that the second high-temperature gate valve is closed, and starting to preheat the dechlorination system; and 2, after preheating is completed, the first high-temperature gate valve is closed, and meanwhile, or subsequently, the second high-temperature gate valve is opened to start dechlorination of the kiln system. By means of the cement kiln dechlorination system comprising the preheating device, the problem that the inner wall of dechlorination system equipment is skinned and blocked can be effectively solved.
