The invention discloses an interface treating agent with high bonding strength. The interface treating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-15 parts of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 4-10 parts of modified neoprene latex, 1-4 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, 35-55 parts of quartz powder, 50-70 parts of Portland cement, 12-18 parts of water, 1-3 parts of a penetrating agent, 1-4 parts of a thickening adhesive and 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent. The invention further discloses application of the high-bonding-strength interface treating agent. The high-bonding-strength interface treating agent is used for interface treatment of ceramic tiles. According to the high-bonding-strength interface treating agent and the application of the high-bonding-strength interface treating agent in decorative materials such as ceramic tiles, the problems that hollowing, cracking, stripping and water seepage are prone to occurring when existing ceramic tiles are laid are solved, and meanwhile the high-bonding-strength interface treating agent can be used for nondestructive repairing of the ceramic tiles with the problems.
