The method comprises the following steps: weighing silicon powder, graphite powder and hexagonal boron nitride powder of a cubic crystal system, putting into a ball milling tank for ball milling, then carrying out hot-pressing presintering, and finally sealing into a sheath for hot isostatic pressing, thereby completing the preparation of the high-density SiBCN ceramic material.
