The invention relates to a high-density fiber-reinforced SiBCN ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the high-density fiber-reinforced SiBCN ceramic-based composite material comprises the following steps: firstly, realizing preliminary deposition of a SiBCN matrix in a fiber preform by adopting a chemical vapor infiltration method, and then realizing densification of the SiBCN matrix in the fiber preform by sequentially adopting a precursor impregnation and pyrolysis method and a secondary chemical vapor infiltration method, so as to obtain the high-density fiber-reinforced SiBCN ceramic-based composite material. The high-density fiber reinforced SiBCN ceramic matrix composite material is obtained.
本发明涉及一种高致密度纤维增强SiBCN陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述高致密度纤维增强SiBCN陶瓷基复合材料的制备方法包括:先采用化学气相渗透法在纤维预制体中实现SiBCN基体的初步沉积,再依次采用前驱体浸渍裂解法和二次化学气相渗透法实现SiBCN基体在纤维预制体中的致密化,得到所述高致密度纤维增强SiBCN陶瓷基复合材料。
