The invention relates to a prevention and control method for fire high-temperature burst of ultra-high performance concrete. According to the method, mainly, a high-temperature dry heat curing mechanism at 120 DEG C is adopted for curing, compared with high-temperature steam curing, high-temperature hot water curing and high-temperature steam pressure curing which are widely adopted at present, burst of ultra-high performance concrete under the action of high temperature and high stress of fire disasters can be completely restrained, energy consumption is low, and the method is environmentallyfriendly. The actual fire test proves that the prevention and control method for fire high-temperature burst of ultra-high performance concrete can effectively prevent the ultra-high-performance concrete burst in the fire, and has a positive effect on further popularization and application of the ultra-high-performance concrete.
本发明涉及一种超高性能混凝土防高温爆裂方法,主要为通过采用120℃下的高温干热养护机制进行养护,与目前广为采用的高温蒸汽养护、高温热水养护和高温蒸汽压力养护相比,可以完全抑制在火灾高温和高应力作用下超高性能混凝土的爆裂,且能源消耗低,绿色环保。本发明的超高性能混凝土高温爆裂防控方法经过实际火灾试验验证,能够有效避免火灾下超高性能混凝土爆裂的发生,且对超高性能混凝土进一步推广应用具有积极作用。
