A sliding pipe is assembled to each main frame rod, can slide in the axial direction of the main frame rod and can also coaxially rotate along the main frame rod, wherein the outer wall position of the sliding pipe is provided with a lateral pull rod, and a first limiting nut is screwed into the tail end of the lateral pull rod. The product can be constructed on the bank, and blue algae, duckweed and other aquatic plantsfloating on the water surface are intercepted through a water feeding and water discharging manner.
