The invention relates to a liquid surface floating material circulatory removing device, which comprises a single-net barrel and a double-net barrel, and is characterized in that a bottom plate of the dingle-net barrel is a steel plate, the single-net barrel is internally provided with a water suction pump so as to drive water circulation. The double-net barrel is composed of an inner-net barrel and an outer-net barrel, wherein the double-net barrel is formed by welding a bottom plate ring of the outer-net barrel and a barrel body of the inner-net barrel, part of the barrel body of the inner-net barrel is arranged in the outer-net barrel, part of the barrel body of the inner-net barrel is exposed out of the outer-net barrel, the barrel body, which is arranged inside the outer-net barrel, of the inner-net barrel is of a net structure, the barrel body, which is exposed out of the outer-net barrel, of the inner-net barrel is of a steel plate structure, and the edge of the inner-net barrel is lower than the edge of the outer-net barrel. The single-net barrel is arranged in the double-net barrel and is in clearance fit with the inner-net barrel of the double-net barrel. An included angle between the upper edge end face of the inner-net barrel and the barrel wall of the single-net barrel is an obtuse angle, and the function is that floating materials scraped by the inner-net barrel of the double-net barrel are enabled to drop into the double-net barrel. The liquid surface floating material circulatory removing device can adjust the liquid surface water circulation speed through adjusting the height of the double-net barrel or rotating the double-net barrel, has a function of removing trash through axial movement of the double-net barrel, and does not need fish the floating materials manually, thereby being convenient and quick, and reducing the labor.
