The invention discloses a loading machine visbreaking guiding type bucket. The bucket is characterized by comprising a bucket body; multiple sets of bucket teeth are fixed on the bucket body; the bucket body comprises a main cutting board, side cutting boards, side plates, a moving arm supporting plate, a bucket wall, and a pull rod supporting plate; side plates are arranged on two sides of the bucket wall; a side cutting board is connected with the front end of each side plate; the bucket teeth are fixed at the opening of the upper end of the main cutting board; and the rear end of the bucketwall is fixedly connected with the moving arm supporting plate and the pull rod supporting plate. Through the theory of bionics and finite element analysis optimization, a bucket base angle, a bucketwall opening angle, radius of a bucket base arc and rotary radius are achieved, so the flow of materials in the bucket is smooth and adhesivity of the materials is minimized. Through operation of thebucket, the mobility of the materials is significantly improved, machinery operation efficiency is greatly improved, working resistance is lowered, fuel oil is saved and emission is reduced.
本发明公开了一种装载机减粘利导型铲斗,其特征在于,包括铲斗体,铲斗体上固定有多组斗齿;铲斗体包括主刀板、侧刀板、侧板、动臂支撑板、斗壁、拉杆支撑板,斗壁的两侧均设有侧板,每个侧板的前端均连接有一个侧刀板,多组斗齿固定在主刀板的下端端口上,斗壁的后端分别与动臂支撑板、拉杆支撑板固定连接;通过仿生学理论及有限元分析优化得到斗底角、斗壁张角、斗底弧半径、回转半径,使得铲斗内物料的流动顺畅、物料粘附性最小。通过本发明的铲斗实施作业后,物料流动性明显改善,物料粘附性明显见降低,大幅提升机器作业效率、降低了工作阻力,节省燃油减少排放。
