The shear wall structure comprises an upper shear wall and a lower shear wall which are of the same structure. Floor slabs are arranged at the top end of the lowershear wall. Two or more support legs are pre-buried and arranged at the bottom end of the upper shear wall. Gaskets for adjusting elevation are arranged between the support legs and the lower shear wall. Seat slurry is arranged around the gaskets. Longitudinal steel bars in the lower portion of the upper shear wall and longitudinal steel bars in the upper portion of the lower shear wall are connected through extrusion sleeves. The longitudinal steel bars are inserted into the inside of the extrusion sleeves. Post-cast segments are reserved in junction positions of the upper shear wall and thelower shear wall. The post-cast segments are formed by adopting and casting self-compact concrete. Density-increased steel bars are arranged inside the post-cast segments. By means of the above-mentioned prefabricated assembled type steel bar reinforced concrete shear wall structure and construction method, the problem that the existing prefabricated concrete shear wall structure is strenuous ininstallation, high in cost and not easy to detect can be solved.
