Novel double-step buckling restraint steel support
The invention discloses a novel double-step buckling restraint steel support. An axial-extending energy consumption unit, a friction plate, a friction material, face outer restraint units and a fastening unit are included. The energy consumption unit comprises two-end connecting sections and a middle energy consumption section. At least two face outer restraint units are arranged and arranged on the outer side face of the middle energy consumption section. The friction plate is arranged at the radial end portion of the middle energy consumption section and fixedly connected with any two-end connecting sections. The friction material is arranged between the friction plate and the face outer restraint units. The friction plate, the friction material and the face outer restraint units are fastened, locked and restrained through the fastening unit. The one-step friction energy consumption unit is additionally arranged in the novel double-step buckling restraint steel support so that the buckling restraint support can have an energy consumption effect when displacement is very small. A pure steel face outer restraint is adopted for replacing a traditional casing pipe concrete restraint,and the weight of the buckling restraint support is greatly reduced.
