Flame-retardant PVC floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a flame-retardant PVC floor and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the field of flame-retardant floors. The flame-retardant PVC floor comprises a first floor body,a first base plate is arranged in the inner part of the first floor body, a second base plate is connected to the top end of the first base plate, a printing layer is connected to the top end of the second base plate, a wear-resistant layer is connected to the top end of the printing layer, the top end of the wear-resistant layer is connected with a UV treatment layer, and rubber veneers are arranged at a position, located at the top end of the second base plate, in the inner part of the first floor body. According to the flame-retardant PVC floor and the manufacturing method thereof, throughthe arrangement of the first floor body, the first base plate, the second base plate, the printing layer, the wear-resistant layer, the UV treatment layer and the rubber veneers, the rubber veneers are fireproof rubber and are softer than a PVC plate in texture and larger in friction force, so that patterns are formed when the rubber veneers are applied to the floor, the anti-skid performance of the floor can be greatly improved, and due to the fact that the rubber veneers are soft in texture, the pain of special crowd after falling down can be reduced when the rubber veneers are used in a special place such as a kindergarten or a nursing home.
